In the crime film Integrity directed by Alan Mak and produced by Felix Chong, the Big Three: Sean Lau, Nick Cheung and Karena Lam unveils the secret of cigarette smuggling in Hong Kong and Macau.
The story revolves around a bribery case where a cigarette trading group bribed the customs, the defendant suddenly absconded before the trial, and the whistle blower Hui Chik-yiu (Nick Cheung) was also mysteriously missing. Chan King-chi (Sean Lau), the chief investigator of the ICAC, must follow up all the leads within 7 days. Meanwhile, his superior also sent out another investigator Shirley Jiang (Karena Lam) to Australia to convince Hui to return to Hong Kong to testify. However, with the deadline approaching, people involved in this case died strangely one by one, and all the clues came to a dead end. It turned out that Hui’s mysterious identity is the key! The investigators must unveil all the secrets to ferret out the cigarette smuggler.
